- Screening resumes to ensure they meet the stipulated requirements
- Setting of interviews
- Conduct preliminary interviews
- Coordinating interviews and liaising with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates
- Data entry of relevant information
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by HR Manager
