Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support, ensuring smooth operations and addressing user concerns.
  • Assist in operating system migrations and related support activities.
  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics for hardware and software issues.
  • Resolve issues related to the supported end-user equipment and software.
  • Install necessary software and applications on devices.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the IT Service Management tool.
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents, adhering to SLA requirements.
  • Adjust application settings to meet specific environment needs.
  • Relocate computer devices and peripherals as required.
  • Set up application profiles for end users.
  • Provide proactive updates and follow-ups to end users.
  • Guide end users on necessary tasks and procedures.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirement:

  • Diploma or equivalent professional education in Information Technology or related
  • At least 3 years of related working experience
