Responsibilities

The Corporate and Services Division undertakes strategic planning, collaboration, finance and procurement; and is also responsible for the enabling infrastructure of DSO. The Procurement Materials Management is a cluster under the Corporate Plans & Services in support of DSO's projects, capital build-up and operating needs. The team handles various aspects of the procurement process, including adminstering tenders, negotiation with vendors, drafting and signing of contracts, advisory on procurement procedures and post contractual matters including shipment and delivery management.

Senior Executive (Contracts)
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for the procurement of equipment and services for Research & Development Divisions
- Administer tenders and handle different types of contractual agreements
- Engage stakeholders to discuss their procurement needs
- Liaise with suppliers/contractors on procurement related matters
- Handle post-contract administrative matters
- Assist in data collation and analysis, and review of procurement policies and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Science
- Comfortable to deal with different levels from R&D project team, middle management to senior leadership group
- Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment and multi-task
- Strong writing, interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge in Contract Law and Supply Chain is "preferable" but not mandatory
