What You Will Be Working On
- Address system issues and employee pain points
- Build a seamless omni-channel experience for employee feedback
- Drive channel migration and improvement efforts towards digital services
- Enable self-help options and reduce feedback volume
- Collaborate with feedback channel owners to improve employee experience
- Balancing prompt resolution of individual issues with identifying systemic improvements
- At least 1 to 2 years of work experience in a service delivery or project management role
- Understanding of system/technical solutions for different employee feedback channels
- Knowledge of good service delivery and customer experience practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management proficiency
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with stakeholders
- Skills in obtaining buy-in and mobilising involvement from channel owners
