What The Role Is

You manage employee feedback from MINDEF/SAF employees, resolving service-related issues while analysing feedback to identify policy and process improvements.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Address system issues and employee pain points
  • Build a seamless omni-channel experience for employee feedback
  • Drive channel migration and improvement efforts towards digital services
  • Enable self-help options and reduce feedback volume
  • Collaborate with feedback channel owners to improve employee experience


Challenge(s)

  • Balancing prompt resolution of individual issues with identifying systemic improvements


What We Are Looking For

  • At least 1 to 2 years of work experience in a service delivery or project management role
  • Understanding of system/technical solutions for different employee feedback channels
  • Knowledge of good service delivery and customer experience practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management proficiency
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with stakeholders
  • Skills in obtaining buy-in and mobilising involvement from channel owners
