Drive Strategic Growth & Market Expansion Across 8 Countries
As a key member of the Senior Management Team, the Head of Market Management plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the sales and marketing strategy across Southeast Asia & the Pacific. This leadership position is responsible for translating global strategies into impactful regional initiatives, driving brand growth, and ensuring commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the regional sales & marketing strategy in alignment with global objectives, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.
- Market & Business Development: Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and enhance brand presence.
- Commercial Excellence: Define pricing strategies, optimize marketing channels, and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Customer & Partner Engagement: Build strong relationships with key customers, negotiate high-value contracts, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Operational Efficiency: Improve sales processes, implement digital marketing initiatives, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance business performance.
Job Requirements:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., Marketing).
- Specific training in sales, industrial marketing, or business (MBA preferred) is advantageous.
- Over 10 years of relevant business experience in sales, marketing, and project management.
- Proven experience in field sales force management, key account management, and strategic project execution.
- Strong knowledge of Pneumatics, Automation technology, or related electrical/electronic technology.
- Familiarity with products, customers, market/industry segments, and management processes.
