Business Analyst (Enterprise System Transformation) – 2 years contract
In this role, you will:
- Gather and analyse business requirements, and ensure the fulfilment of these requirements into the suite of Enterprise Applications, for transformation
- Manage functional areas of the project, e.g draft requirements specifications, user stories and test cases in accordance to the business requirements
- Test and validate data, applications and systems pre, during and post changes
- Analyse issues reported, and recommend actions/processes to be taken to resolve the issues
- Optimise existing process through business process engineering
- Assist the Project Manager in the management of project, across the full project lifecycle
- Work with vendor to produce project management documents, and ensure consistent quality throughout the project lifecycle
- Plan and schedule meetings with project leadership, in consultation with vendor team
Requirements
- Degree in computer science / computer engineering or any related fields
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with implementing ERP solutions
- Knowledge in (a) testing practices like unit testing, load testing, system integration testing and user acceptance testing. (b) UX/UI design and (c) waterfall/agile development cycle
- Able to work both independently as well as with a team
- Professional certificates will be an added advantage, e.g. certified scrum master, ERP certified, project management professional etc.
