Senior Manager (Contracts)
In this role, you will:
- Lead a Contracts Team to meet procurement needs of assigned DSO Divisions
- Advise Project Management Team on procurement approach and tender/contract design to achieve best value
- Strategize and lead negotiations with vendors to secure most favourable package
- Resolve issues on procurement, tender and contract matters
- Provide guidance to staff, conduct performance review and provide feedback
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering / Science / Business
- Strong oral and written communication
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
- Possess strong analytical skills
- Strategic outlook and understanding
- People management skills
- Good knowledge of procurement policies and processes
- Good knowledge of other policies and processes (eg project management, regulatory requirements on controlled items, quality management system, etc)
