Executive / Senior Executive (Executive Assistant)

In this role, you will:
  • Provide administrative support to enable smooth running of day-to-day operations. This will include all financial related activities, admin and logistics support such as:
(a) Budget planning and management (operating & capital)
(b) Projects planning and execution
(c) Resource management
(d) Event organisation
  • Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely updates of projects
  • Monitor the project financial status / issues and highlight them if needed
  • Provide secretariat support
  • Overall facilitation for all meetings by providing administrative support and to assist to prepare the necessary reports
  • Collate and report statistics e.g. KPI reporting, project transitions etc.
  • Monitor operating budgets e.g. training budget
  • Assist in preparing Annual Business Plan with analysis of past business plan and regular monitoring of budget to ensure enough resources (budget & space) to fulfil its business needs
  • Administer system support and updates, and record management. e.g. collate staff training data etc.


Requirements

  • Diploma in any fields
  • Good knowledge in SAP preferred
  • Ability to understand, analyse and interpret data
  • Able to collaborate with multiple parties and with all levels of staff within an organization
  • Able to work independently to plan, prioritise, organise and manage multiple work demands, expectations and deadlines
  • Meticulous and demonstrates good initiative
  • Maintain good performance and quality of work even under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Good command of written English and ability to write well professionally
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
