JOB OVERVIEW
To execute the strategy for the Project Solutions vertical to further develop and grow Country and Global Key Accounts leading and monitoring quotation strategies for Singapore to have strong sustainable growth with continuous profitability and customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interface with other functional groups (Product, Key Account etc.) as well as with customers in creating/delivering customer driven services and solutions.
- Support Country Managers, Directors and BDM’s on OOG procurement and service offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and cost competitive pricings with service providers in Singapore.
- Respond and assist on RFI / RFQ requests (online e-bidding)
- Follow up on quotations / RFQ / tenders with DSV inter offices. Ensure post bid analysis done and feedback is shared with relevant functions.
- Support trade lane and field sales channels in developing with sizeable Country Account opportunities within the Projects industry vertical.
- Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.
- Provide recommendations to the management regarding rate offers for long term contracts.
- Perform assigned tasks to support DSV to meet its objectives and targets regarding quality, health, safety and environment as documented in IMS and follow all requirements as set out in the QHSE policy.
- Ensure that day to day activities embrace sustainability, health and safety, reducing the impact upon the environment, supporting the communities we work in and reducing incidents in the workplace.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Diploma in logistics or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience of Freight Forwarding experience.
- Well verse knowledge on Excel.
