  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Logistics Operations & Supply Chain Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Overviewing Aftersales Challenges
  • Gather, analyse, and effectively utilize forecasted figures to gather insights on sales performance, research and spot siginifcant patterns/trends with current/ historical data (Tableau)
  • Manage global inventory levels against internal targets through constant scrutinizing, prioritizing, and reallocations as needed.
  • Analyse a broad range of data (inventory levels, delivery periods & cost, efficiency) to optimize supply chain and provide meaningful information for decision making.
  • Develop and maintain complex data sets, using intermediate-advanced functions (VLookup, Pivot Tables, etc.
  • Preparation of forecasting & KPI reports.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor in Business, with a specialization in Supply Chain, Analytics, or a relevant course of studies.
  • You should be a self-starter with strong logical reasoning skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in GoogleSheets or Microsoft Excel, highly capable in utilizing intermediate-advanced functions (VLookup, Pivot Tables, etc.)

Working Location: East - Airline House - Next to Singapore Airlines HQ

Working hours: Monday – Friday office hours
