  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Hiring: Senior / Sales & Customer Service Executive

Locations available: Kovan Campus (nearest MRT: Kovan station)

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm (Alternate Saturday)

Salary range: $2800 to $3800 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on sales leads with an objective to close sales
  • Monitors and provide follow-up reports to Management on sales leads progress
  • Respond to customers enquiries via phone calls or face to face
  • Providing customers with details and information on course enquiries
  • Coordinating, market activities and conducts presentations during events, such as open house/road shows, and address enquires from customers
  • Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs
  • Administration of enrolment; including preparation of documentations
  • Conduct orientation
  • Operational duties of Customer Service department
  • Other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

  • Customer focused and proactive, able to communicate professionally and with confidence
  • Resourceful team player with excellent interpersonal skills
