- Manage the day-to-day order processing of customer's orders.
- Correct & timely processing of inbound / outbound orders.
- Attend to customer's enquiries and verification of inventory with customers.
- Compile daily / weekly / monthly reports
- Liaise with warehouse to ensure orders are picked and packed timely for shipment.
- Ensure timely reporting of KPI to customer.
- Ensure minimum response time to customer's query or complaint.
- Arrange for shipment booking with forwarders.
- Ensure complete documents are received for filing.
- Documentation and record retention as per customer and / or audit requirements
- Report to the Supervisor on all Inbound and Outbound non-conformances.
- Any other duties / projects as assigned by Superior.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of logistics software and tools
- Basic PC knowledge
