  • Manage the day-to-day order processing of customer's orders.
  • Correct & timely processing of inbound / outbound orders.
  • Attend to customer's enquiries and verification of inventory with customers.
  • Compile daily / weekly / monthly reports
  • Liaise with warehouse to ensure orders are picked and packed timely for shipment.
  • Ensure timely reporting of KPI to customer.
  • Ensure minimum response time to customer's query or complaint.
  • Arrange for shipment booking with forwarders.
  • Ensure complete documents are received for filing.
  • Documentation and record retention as per customer and / or audit requirements
  • Report to the Supervisor on all Inbound and Outbound non-conformances.
  • Any other duties / projects as assigned by Superior.
  • Certification in logistics or supply chain management
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of logistics software and tools
  • Basic PC knowledge
