  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales to management.
  • Wine and Beverage Knowledge: Familiarise yourself with the wine and beer menus, including pairing suggestions and promotions.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Support marketing and promotional activities, such as events, theme nights, and loyalty programs.
  • Maintain Restaurant Appearance: Ensure the restaurant's appearance, including cleanliness, décor, and ambience, meets quality standards.
