  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description: Management Trainee

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand the operations of the alcohol wholesale business.
  • Assist in managing inventory, orders, and shipments of alcohol products.
  • Work closely with the accountant to submit monthly management accounts.
  • Gain knowledge of pricing strategies, sales techniques, and customer service in the alcohol industry.
  • Participate in hands on training & events to enhance product knowledge and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Handle administrative tasks and support day-to-day business operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma in accounting business administration, marketing, logistics, or related field.
  • Interest in the alcohol industry and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $1,888.97 - $3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
