Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and targets.
• Help plan and coordinate maintenance and repair activities to minimize production downtime.
• Work with maintenance teams to implement upgrades and improvements to equipment and processes.
• Assist in assessing manpower needs and assigning tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations.
• Support team performance monitoring and provide necessary assistance to achieve production goals.
• Prepare monthly reports summarizing production performance, efficiency metrics, and improvement areas.
• Assist in analyzing production data to identify trends and recommend process enhancements.
• Attend production meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
• Support the audit process by collaborating with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical Process / Manufacturing or equivalent
• Preferably 1-2 years working experience in in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
