What You Will Be Working On
As a Change Management Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support the successful integration of IT system changes within the Finance department. This role will require you to drive effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and training initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies. You will work closely with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure that change management activities align with project goals and deliver measurable results.
In This Role, You Will
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support Finance IT system changes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Create and execute comprehensive communication plans that support IT-related changes, ensuring stakeholders at all levels are informed and engaged.
- Identify, analyse, and engage stakeholders across the organization, ensuring buy-in and support for change initiatives.
- Develop clear, consistent, and transparent messaging around change initiatives, ensuring all communications are tailored to different stakeholder groups.
- Design and distribute a variety of communication materials (e.g., presentations, emails, newsletters, videos) to support change initiatives.
- Work alongside appointed vendors and the internal CPFB team to ensure alignment and smooth execution of change management activities.
- Collaborate with project teams to assess the impact of changes on various parts of the organization, ensuring appropriate planning and support.
- Develop and review training materials to support new processes or systems, and coordinate or deliver training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Work closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans, ensuring change initiatives are implemented on time and effectively.
- Monitor the progress of change initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to project sponsors on milestones and impact.
- Develop and track metrics to evaluate the success of change and communication efforts, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback from stakeholders to assess the level of change adoption, recommending improvements for future change management processes.

- Proven experience in change management, particularly in IT system changes or technology-driven transformations, preferably within the finance or related industries.
- Ability to identify, engage, and manage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring buy-in and support for change initiatives.
- Good communication skills, with experience creating and delivering a wide range of communication materials (emails, presentations, videos, etc.).
- Experience working with project teams to integrate change management strategies into project plans and timelines.
- Experience in creating training materials and coordinating or delivering training sessions for new processes or systems.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to assess and report on the effectiveness of change management efforts using established metrics.
- Experience working with external vendors and internal teams to ensure the success of change initiatives.
- Ability to adapt to evolving needs and solve problems effectively while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board.
