What The Role Is:

This role will be supporting the team behind IMDA's content marketing agenda and efforts. The ideal candidate brings multifaceted content and digital tech expertise across the areas of digital & social channels: marketing strategy, short and long-form content ideation and production, campaign management, content performance analysis, user journeys.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Drive and manage all stages of the content and creative process for IMDA's social media channels – and occasionally for other digital platforms (email marketing, website). This includes executing platform-specific content strategy, planning content roadmap, prioritisation of content, developing story and visual ideas, making design and visual aid recommendations, content editing and search engine optimisation
  • Work closely with agency partners i.e., content, media and SEO agencies with accurate briefs to ensure timely and quality execution of always-on optimised content/ content amplification
  • Work closely with IMDA programme owners to understand divisions' priorities and content needs, and ensure timely and quality delivery of internal and ad-hoc content requests
  • Stay on top of inspiring, cutting-edge content trends and development. Lead the ideation process for content creation, test and pitch concepts to internal stakeholders to keep a stable stream of engaging branded content on platforms.
  • Challenge and manage vendors to continuously improve performance, derive and act on insights
  • Adopt a data-driven approach by utilising data analytics (content reporting, trend monitoring and A/B testing frameworks) to elevate and optimise quality of digital content assets, content/channel performance and campaign effectiveness
  • Stay abreast of technologies to optimize content performance and recommend ways to increase relevance and the impact of our content through personalization / programmatic engines, A/B testing tools, making use of AI to generate content etc.
  • Cross-sharing of knowledge, implementing and maintaining best practices.


What We Are Looking For

  • 5-8 years of digital and content marketing experience across website and long-form content, SEO, thought leadership development, social channel management, email marketing, digital asset creation, digital campaigns for both B2B and B2C brands
  • Mix of both agency and in-house experience is preferred
  • Preferably comfortable with the use of various marketing technologies and solutions, such as email marketing, A/B testing of content, Analytics, CMS etc.
  • Proven track record in harnessing content metrics to drive content performance and ROl
  • Experience with collaborating and managing content, SEO, media agencies
  • Data-driven by leveraging optimisation tools, platform analytics for planning while executing content with creative flair
  • Strong understanding of digital content marketing and creation principles, and interest in the content landscape
  • Curiosity and interest in tech and media industry
