We are seeking a talented individual to join our Controllership team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

- Perform financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Prepare financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of the annual audit process, including liaising with external auditors
- Liaise with external tax agents to provide necessary documentation and information for tax preparation and filing.
- Support the integration of legal entities by assisting with financial data consolidation, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to enhance financial controls and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to management.
- Support the team with AR/AP activities when required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various financial projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial reconciliation processes and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
