5. Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare concise technical reports detailing activities, machine performance, and recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of administrative and operational reports through the Technical Assistant.
6. Process Improvement and Efficiency
- Identify areas for process optimization, cost savings, and efficiency improvements within technical operations.
- Propose and implement solutions to enhance technical workflows.
7. Team Collaboration and Leadership
- Provide guidance and hands-on support for complex technical tasks, fostering collaboration within the team.
- Conduct training sessions to upskill team members and enhance their technical capabilities.
- Manage and guide the reporting staff, delegating tasks and overseeing their performance in reporting, administrative work, and technical store management.
8. Vendor and Supplier Coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to address field defects and procurement needs.
9. Additional Assignments
- Undertake additional technical responsibilities as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Nitec in Electronics Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with machine control systems and computer systems.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and MS Excel.
- Strong self-motivation and a proactive, hands-on approach to tasks.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset combined with a willingness to take initiative and work independently when required.
- Strong work ethics, commitment to service, and a passion for learning and professional growth.
- Analytical and methodical problem-solving skills with a curiosity for technical challenges.
- bizSAFE Level 2 certified or willingness to complete the certification upon employment.
