JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support and Assist the Trade Marketing manager in planning and executing of all Trade and Marketing activations in annual calendars.
  • Work together with the Sales team to ensure channel specific activities execution are carried on time and
  • Key account management for Ecom channel
  • Plan & execute promotion activities for Ecom channel & customers.
  • Capture minutes where required after each meeting and follow ups where required.
  • Prepare and compile report for post campaign evaluations.
  • Prepare and compile monthly BR reports for internal and external.
  • POSM Development - Develop & adapt visuals for promotions in trade in accordance to promotion calendar.
  • Manage suppliers related to printing of POSM in accordance to the timeline.
  • Compilation of total trade activities from Brand and Trade for monthly Trade Bulletin communication.
  • Support in administrative work where required.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree/Diploma holder in Business Studies or its equivalent with at least 4 years working experiences in FMCG companies in various functions (Sales/ Marketing/ Trade Marketing/ Channel Development)
  • Possess strong planning skills, good business acumen, good communication skills, creative and the ability to work independently.
  • Competency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

Work Location: Kaki Bukit View
