Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to fine dining standards.
- Maintain exceptional service quality, handling VIP guests and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Supervise, train, and mentor service staff.
- Assist in budgeting, forecast, cost control, and sales performance, including upselling strategies to maximize revenue.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
- Assist in organizing special events, banquets, and private dining experiences.
- Address guest concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Plan staffs' work schedule and prepare timesheet.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within Cantonese dining or luxury hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of Cantonese cuisine, dining etiquette, and cultural service expectations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese to communicate with guests and kitchen teams.
- Comfortable working split shift as well as weekends and public holidays.

- Working hours: 5 days work week, split shift schedule
