  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full set of accounts, including month-end closings.
  • Execute daily financial accounting tasks, such as general ledger postings and account reconciliations.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Maintain the fixed assets register and oversee depreciation schedules.
  • Prepare balance sheet schedules, audit schedules, and other financial reports.
  • Coordinate all information required for statutory reporting such as quarterly GST submissions.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience, those with FMCG experience will be a plus.
  • Those certified with CPA or ACCA will have an added advantage
  • Experience in ERP system (Sage300).
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fast learner
  • Able to work independently

Other Information:

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 830am to 530pm
  • Location: Tanjong Penjuru
  • Company pick up bus at Jurong East MRT
