Job Description
  • Manage business-as-usual P&L budgeting, forecasting, reporting and monitoring to ensure financial data accuracy and achieve P&L targets
  • Work closely and proactively with stakeholders to gather accurate and timely information for budgeting, forecasting and tracking of business financials
  • Provide actionable insights from financial data to support key business strategy and performance decision-making
  • Prepare management reports for decision-makers and draw out actionable insights from financial data to influence the strategy and performance of SIP
  • Conduct financial analysis and modelling, and drive finance-related analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for both internal and external use
  • Lead P&L-related special projects, including but not limited to designing new P&L mechanisms, driving cross-functional P&L / price competitiveness improvement initiatives, etc

Requirements
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accountancy
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience with at least 1+ year of full-time working experience in Big 4 audit, corporate FP&A, or finance roles
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate cross border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from China
  • Strong fundamentals of financial modelling or financial analytics knowledge and experience
  • Strong analysis and data visualization skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
  • Proficiency in SQL is a plus for analysing large data sets
  • Strong commercial sense, strategic thinking & sophisticated analytical and data visualisation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with cross-functional stakeholders across the organisation
  • Organised and a self-starter, with a proven ability to multitask and prioritise
