Our Corporate Finance practice possesses significant experience in middle-market cross-border Merger & Acquisition (“M&A”) and private capital fundraising transactions with companies across the Americas, EMEA
and APAC. As the No. 1 M&A advisor by volume globally (according to MergerMarket), we provide investment banking advisory services to clients from a diverse range of sectors.
Our off-cycle internship will provide you with exposure to a multitude of both buy and sell side deals throughout the entire deal process. This program is an excellent opportunity to take your career to the next level through practical hands-on experience under the guidance of mentors and working within a highly collaborative culture at PwC.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyse, and explain historical and projected financial information
- Analyse market data, build detailed financial models (DCF, trading comparables and precedent transactions) and prepare pitch books for our M&A clients
- Execution of live projects and pitches under the overall guidance of our engagement leaders
- Accountancy, Business, Economics and Finance students from local and overseas universities
- Excellent academic (minimum 2nd class upper) and relevant co-curricular activities
- Are keen to develop themselves professionally in the field of corporate finance and investment banking
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and interpretive skills
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enjoy working in a multicultural team but also have a high level of initiative to work unsupervised when required
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative
- Proficient working knowledge with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
