RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute publicity initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align project objectives and deliverables.
  • Monitor project performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and impact.

Publicity & Communications:

  • Develop and implement publicity strategies to maximize media coverage and public engagement.
  • Craft compelling press materials, media kits, and communication content.
  • Liaise with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage.
  • Oversee digital and social media campaigns to enhance public visibility.
  • Manage crisis communications and reputation management as needed.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, industry influencers, and corporate collaborators.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and company objectives.
  • Organize and coordinate publicity events, press conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Gather and analyze stakeholder feedback to improve engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Good diploma in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Prior relevant professional experience in publicity and communication will be advantageous.
