RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute publicity initiatives from inception to completion.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and impact.
Publicity & Communications:
- Develop and implement publicity strategies to maximize media coverage and public engagement.
- Craft compelling press materials, media kits, and communication content.
- Liaise with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage.
- Oversee digital and social media campaigns to enhance public visibility.
- Manage crisis communications and reputation management as needed.
Stakeholder Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, industry influencers, and corporate collaborators.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and company objectives.
- Organize and coordinate publicity events, press conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Gather and analyze stakeholder feedback to improve engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Good diploma in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Prior relevant professional experience in publicity and communication will be advantageous.
