
Programme Executive (AAC@Race Course)
Roles & Responsibilities
· Assist in planning and executing wellness, recreational and social programmes and activities for the seniors
· Facilitate essential support services like transportation, healthcare referrals and social support for seniors.
· Organise activities that promote social interaction, mental stimulation and physical health.
· Assist in managing, supervising and supporting volunteers while fostering a positive and collaborative environment
· Administer assessment tool to ensure buddying & befriending criteria are met
· Assist in conducting outreach to raise awareness and promote the centre’s services within the community.
· Prepare reports on programme participation and other relevant data and maintain accurate records.
· Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, event preparation and communications while adhering to PDPA guidelines
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in related discipline or its equivalent
· At least 2 years of working experience in programme coordination
· Good communication & interpersonal skills
· Preferably with interest and passion for the elderly
· Related qualification in working with the elderly or in the social service sector, would be an advantage.
