Job Description

  • Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives: Support in driving organizational goals through dedicated support for special projects and strategic initiatives.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Leverage HR analytics tools (e.g., Workday, Power BI) to track project success and inform decision-making.
  • EHS & Risk Management: assist with ongoing EHS initiatives, conduct safety audits, and support compliance reporting to ensure alignment with regional regulations and effectively management of operational risks
  • Compensation & Benefits Coordination: Collaborate with the central team to streamline and optimize C&B processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years, with a focus on project management or strategic initiatives.
  • Experience with EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) initiatives
  • Experience with HRIS and data analytics tools (e.g., Workday, Power BI)
  • Ability to identify issues and implement solutions proactively
