- Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.
- Perform a bridging role between the finance and data team
- Create reporting frameworks for new product features in financial reports
- Provide solutions for extracting relevant data and information to represent the financial reporting requirements accurately
- Troubleshoot data-related issues through essential communication, walkthrough and testing
- Document process workflows and business logic
- Manage stakeholders’ needs, concerns and problems regarding changes, enhancements or fixes
- Think strategically and analytically about business, product and technical challenges
- Ensure the reports are delivered on time with the highest level of accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration and/or Business Analytics, or related disciplines
- Experience in Data Governance / Data Security is preferred
- Knowledge of SQL is a must; experience dealing with databases is an advantage
- Robust data analytics and/or visualization skills, preferably with Python and/or Microsoft Power BI
- Effective team player and passion to serve
- Versatile and results-oriented in a fast pace environment
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication and project management skill
- Keen sense of ownership, drive and determination
