  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, Supervise, mentor, and support Social Work Department staff by managing workload distribution, developing training programs, and providing professional guidance.
  • Lead the development and implementation of social work practice standards and quality outcomes to provide holistic support for patients, clients, and caregivers in the community.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of social work and mental health services in alignment with the organization’s care framework.
  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of social work and mental health support, including home care, caregiver assistance, and community outreach programs.
  • Assess and address the needs of patients, caregivers, and the community by designing and implementing appropriate social work initiatives.
  • Review, refine, and optimize work processes and guidelines and maintain compliance with government policies, including Means Testing, MediFund, and subsidy schemes.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, both clinical and non-clinical, to enhance service delivery and contribute to the organization’s overall objectives.
  • Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with external organizations to enhance resources and expand service outreach.
  • Carry out any additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting officer.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work
  • A Certificate in Counselling would be an advantage
  • Registered with Singapore Association of Social Work
  • At least 8 to 10 years of social work experience
