Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

1. Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.

2. Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.

3. Prepare and process payments to vendors fund transfer.

4. Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.

5. Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

Accounts Receivable:

1. Generate and send customer invoices accurately and promptly.

2. Monitor customer accounts for timely payments and follow up on overdue balances.

3. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and resolve any discrepancies.

4. Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.

Stock Data Entry:

1. Accurately input stock data into the inventory management system.

2. Update stock levels, product details, and other relevant information.

3. Generate and distribute stock reports as required by management.

Shipping Documentation:

1. Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.

2. Ensure compliance with GST permits and other regulatory requirements.

3. Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.

4. Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays.

5. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of shipping documents.

General Duties:

1. Maintain organized filing systems for accounting, stock, and shipping documents.

2. Provide support for audits and prepare necessary documentation.

3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

4. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
