To further our mission, we are looking for dynamic individuals to join us as Recruitment Consultants or Senior Recruitment Consultants to help businesses secure top-tier talent and enhance their workforce.
What You'll Do:
- Act as an outsourced recruitment partner, assisting clients in identifying and hiring the best talent through various channels such as job advertisements, market mapping, headhunting, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, networking events, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate interviews, interview scheduling, offer negotiations, and post-placement follow-ups.
- Proactively maintain and expand a talent database to meet current and future hiring needs.
