- Assist Building Manager for all administration and documentation work
- Submitting and managing of Purchase Requisition through TenderBoard for all sites
- Prepare quotation document to be published on the TenderBoard and consolidate the quotations for the Building Manager.
- Receive residents, visitors, tenants, contractors, workmen, etc. and provide directions and general assistance
- Preparation of circulars, letters, reports, and other documents assigned expeditiously.
- Keep records of all necessary information, documents, etc.
- Maintain inventory of equipment maintenance record and all necessary information, document housekeeping and perform general administrative duties.
- To ensure proper document filings with labelling and reference control
- Other administrative support and ad-hoc duties as assigned by Building Manager
