Our SaaS platforms help shipping companies and maritime service providers optimize their operations, increase efficiency, and drive digital transformation.
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our sales team and further expand our market position in the field of software and SaaS solutions for the maritime sector.

Responsibilities
- Sales and Acquisition: Responsible for acquiring new customers as well as managing and developing existing customer relationships in the ShipManagement and maritime software solutions segment.
- Market Analysis: Identify market trends and customer needs to offer tailored solutions and create new business opportunities.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies in your assigned area to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Presentations and Product Demos: Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for potential customers.
- Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration with Marketing and Product Teams: Work closely with internal departments to communicate customer requirements and market trends, ensuring that solutions meet market demands.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to sales management on your activities, sales pipeline, and results.

Qualifications
About you
- Sales Experience: At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the software/SaaS sector, with solid knowledge of ShipManagement and/or the maritime industry.
- Technical Understanding: A good technical understanding of complex software solutions and the ability to communicate their value to customers clearly.
- Results-Oriented: Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to consistently achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with a professional demeanor in negotiations.
- Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel regularly to meet customers on-site and identify new business opportunities.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written).
