This open application is meant for candidates whose desired roles in a game studio are currently not posted.
We are looking for someone "prepared" with a prepared portfolio because communication is important to us.
(You can come vibe in our community discord. We love artists because we are all artists too!)

Candidates must:
- Have a passion for the artistry of Game development
- Be able to adapt and contribute as a team member.
- Professional Competency in Game Design, Game Animation, Etc.
- Experience in Blender, Unreal Engine 4/5 and Unity is a plus.
- A good attitude and outlook towards learning and adapting.
- Pride in their work and workflow.
- Taste.
Candidates should be competent and familiar with at least one of the following:
- Unreal Engine (Blueprints, C++, Behaviour Trees, etc.)
- Unity (C#)
- Blender
- Substance Painter
- etc. (any additional tools which reside in the game development pipeline, please mention them in your portfolio)
Additional Skills which we look out for:
- Affinity for Feel Engineering.
- Independent Research.
- Rapid Prototyping.
- Unhindered by the "Waterfall" production SOP.
- Prior Experience or familiarity as/ with roles adjacent to "QA/QC Engineer". (i.e. Programmers, Technical Artists, Systems Designers, Effects Artist, etc.)
- Prior Experience in the Game Industry.
- Experience with Multi-player Networking.
- Experience with VR/ AR projects.
