Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Oversee full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to appointment, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Manage offer process and pre-employment screenings, develop strategies for attracting high-quality candidates, and achieve recruitment targets.

Talent Planning & Performance Management:

  • Support talent reviews, guide performance management and talent development processes, and collaborate on succession planning.
  • Align HR strategies with business goals and partner with HR Centers of Excellence for staffing, leadership development, and compensation decisions.

Change Management:

  • Co-lead change management initiatives, align strategies with business needs, and support leadership development for effective organisational change.
  • Facilitate culture change and co-design communication strategies for change processes.

Colleague Relations:

  • Provide coaching to business leaders, develop programs for positive colleague relations, and ensure compliance with labour laws.
  • Address performance issues, employee promotions, and disciplinary matters promptly.

Strategic Workforce Management:

  • Track employee data trends (skills, engagement, turnover) and recommend solutions to improve business outcomes.
  • Support individual and leadership skill development.

HR Policies & Procedures:

  • Conduct communication sessions to ensure people managers understand HR policies and procedures.

HR Business Partnering:

  • Provide HR advisory to business leaders and resolve HR-related issues impacting business performance.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Develop salary proposals for new hires, support annual compensation reviews, and ensure competitive total rewards.
  • Stay informed on market trends to advise on compensation-related changes.

General HR Duties:

  • Implement HR policies to ensure compliance with local and global standards, and lead HR projects as required.
  • Manage HR team performance and maintain high-quality work standards.

Requirements

  • Degree in HR or related field, with 10+ years of HR experience in a plant or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence leaders, work with ambiguity, and handle confidential matters.
