Our Client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant HR Manager (with Tech background).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent while managing a growing recruitment team. Your focus will be on ensuring alignment between organizational goals and talent acquisition, optimizing recruitment processes, and building a strong employer brand.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of young recruiters, providing guidance on current and future talent needs.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide expert advice on workforce planning and role specifications.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer extension, and onboarding.
- Leverage data-driven insights to analyze recruitment metrics, optimize workflows, and report on hiring outcomes.
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline through various sourcing channels such as networking, social media, recruitment events, referrals, and partnerships with recruitment agencies.
- Lead the development and execution of the employer branding strategy, positioning the company as an employer of choice.
- Ensure full compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure recruitment practices meet company standards.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging practices, and best-in-class recruitment methods to continually improve processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment strategy development and execution across all levels of an organization in the Tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment best practices, and candidate selection processes.
- Experience managing and mentoring a recruitment team, with a focus on developing talent and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with organizational needs.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret recruitment data and drive strategic decisions.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.
