  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We’re looking for a Data Analytics professional eager to specialize in HR data, leveraging insights to optimize workforce strategies and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders and Data Engineering teams to design and implement HR data infrastructure, processes, and frameworks from the ground up
  • Act as a bridge between HR and Data teams, translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Lead HR data analytics projects, delivering valuable insights to support global HR strategies
  • Analyze and manage HR data across areas such as Workforce Strategy, Talent Management, Manpower Reporting, Performance Management, DEI, and Organizational Development
  • Drive data culture within the HR team, harnessing the power of data to drive informed decisions that will enhance the potential of the global workforce and contribute to the overall success of the organization

Qualification:

  • Master or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Data Analytics role
  • Technical Tools: Microsoft Tech Stack, PowerBI, Python, SQL, VBA, Excel, Macros
  • Understanding of data privacy, data due diligence, and managing confidential data
  • Strong problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, and ability to work independently
