Job Summary:
Our client is seeking for a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, meticulous and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
· Providing operational support in the areas of new business, Financial Representatives enquires and post-sales support.
· Manage incoming enquires via general enquires mailbox and phone calls.
· Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records and databases.
· Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure the completeness of the application document.
· Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a data entry role
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and strong MS Excel skills including use of pivot tables and common functions.
· Organized, diligent and meticulous, with a keen eye for details.
· Willing and looking forward to learning new things.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and adapt to changes.
