Admin Assistant (Part-time/Full-Time)
Job Description:
· Answer phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and greet and direct visitors.
· Ensure that the office environment is clean and organized.
· Provide administrative and operational support to managers and other staff as needed.
· Manage office supplies and stationery, ensuring inventory levels meet the office's needs.
· Prepare and serve drinks or beverages to management and visitors.
· Plan and coordinate special functions, social events, and team-building activities.
· Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
· GCE “N” Level or ITE (Office Skills) or equivalent.
· 1 years of relevant working experience
· Meticulous in work and able to multitask
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
