Our client, a famous hotel brand , has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Director of Revenue and Pricing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize hotel profitability
  • Analyze market trends, guest demand, and competitor pricing to inform pricing decisions and inventory management.
  • Manage pricing structures and implement dynamic pricing models across all distribution channels.
  • Set and monitor performance targets for revenue-related KPIs, including ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy rates.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to forecast demand, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee Raffles Service operations, optimizing systems and processes to enhance booking efficiency and guest experience.
  • Implement upselling strategies and manage dining capacity to increase revenue opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the revenue management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful revenue strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems, property management systems, and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics and budgeting processes in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
