  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

PART-TIME COACH / COORDINATOR (PATHWAY PROGRAMS)

An energetic and forward-looking individual with cheerful characters to apply for the part-time Coach / Coordinator (Pathway Programs).

The appointed will report to Pathway Program Manager

· Able to comprehend the goal and objectives of the various pathway programs (laser/air gun shooting) and engage participants (from 7 years old to 12 years) in their learning

· Planning of program sessions

· Conduct the programs in interesting and engaging settings

· Liaise/Interact with various stakeholders including parents, participants, coaches, administrators, venue managers, etc.

· Lead a team of coaches in the preparation and delivery of the programs

· Guide the coaches on the suitable coaching approaches or techniques for the programs

· Make improvements to current pathway programs, and coaching approaches or techniques

· Propose and develop new pathway programs

· Able to work on weekends

· Willing to commute

· Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

· Possess Singapore citizenship or Singapore Permanent Residence (“SPR”)

· Possess either provisional or full NROC certification (Any sport)

· Prior experience working as a Physical Education teacher

· Possess patience and knowledge in physical fitness, sports or early childhood, character education

· Enthusiastic, outgoing and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills

· Prior recent experience coaching at any level for a minimum of one (1) year
