What The Role Is
As a Manager/ Senior Manager in Guidance Branch, Student Development Curriculum Division 1, you will be involved in efforts to strengthen the mental health and resilience of our students.

As a Manager/ Senior Manager in Guidance Branch, Student Development Curriculum Division 1, you will be involved in efforts to strengthen the mental health and resilience of our students.
What You Will Be Working On
- Support secretariat duties and establish good working relationships with various stakeholders
- Co-design coherent policies or programmes with external partners to support student well-being
- Design, construct and manage research and/ or evaluation projects to create contextually-attuned knowledge that improves educational policy, programmes and practice
- Translate and contextualise relevant research and findings into actionable insights for policymakers, programme developers and educators
- Build a learning culture and create a climate of inquiry and continuous improvement and encourage a sense of ownership over professional development within the team
- Background in Psychology, Applied Psychology or related fields would be advantageous
- Relevant experience in applying psychology knowledge and skills to real world practice/ solutioning (e.g. internships)
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, as well as ability to provide responsive advice in areas of expertise
- Strong administration, planning, time-management and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure and tight timelines
- Ability to work well independently and in teams
