Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to join our team as a Service Business Executive. In this role, you will plan and execute innovative strategies to achieve our business objectives, identify and develop new service business opportunities, and manage financial targets for both new and recurring service contracts. You will collaborate with our Sales Team to prospect, qualify, and price service contracts, ensuring we meet the business requirements of both existing and potential clients. Additionally, you will work closely with our Operations Team to deliver committed service levels.

Job Responsibilities

· Plan and execute strategies in achieving the business objectives of our Service Line of Business.

· Identify new service business potential, conceptualize and develop them into marketable service products.

· Responsible for achieving the financial targets for both new and recurring Service Contracts

· Work with Sales Team in prospecting, qualifying, pricing of Service Contracts in addressing the business requirements for both our existing and potential clients.

· Work with Operation Team in delivering committed service levels to our clients.

Job Requirements

· Min Diploma or Degree in Business Management or equivalent

· Min 1 year of experience in business development or product management (preferably in Service Business)

· Experience in IT field would be advantageous

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Able to work independently

· Able to manage multiple deadlines

· Optimistic and possess a "can-do" attitude
