Job Summary

The Ecommerce manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales through various channel such as E-comm, Inflight and Corporate. Essential ability to handle operational and administrative task as part of process.

Responsibilities

Channel sales:

  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets for E-comm.
  • Collaboration with marketing team to develop channel specific marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Coordinate with merchandise team on launch date for all channel sales.
  • Coordinate with TR team on inflight listing and submission.
  • Maintain required margins on P&L
  • Monitor sales performance and key metrics of channel sales and take corrective measure if required.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify market demand.

Sales Reporting

  • Prepare regular reports on channel sales performance and present findings for weekly update.
  • Airlines monthly sales and SOH report

Administrative

  • Maintain sales channel web settings.
  • Prepare catalogue for corporate channel.
  • Submission of all campaign brief and inflight listing
  • Demonstrated 2-3 years of experience within the ecommerce domain web management is required.
  • Proven track record of driving substantial sales growth within the ecommerce industry.
  • Strong business acumen with timeline management.
  • Proficiency in Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint
  • Initiative approach on task allocated.
  • Strong sense of ownership, results driven with problem solving skills
  • Independent worker and a team player who can work collaboratively and positively with both internal and external parties
  • Able to work under pressure with high adaptability and initiative within a dynamic environment
