ROLE: Customer Success Manager (Data Center Services or IT Services)
Location: West Singapore
Budget - upto 5500 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Ambassador for Customers: Act as an advocate for customers, working transparently across functions to align and drive customer-focused strategies.
- Catalyst for Change: Lead initiatives that foster change, success, and consistency, ensuring a continuous improvement culture.
- Driver of Results: Take ownership and act with urgency, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Owner of Customer Success: Proactively communicate with customers, following through on commitments to maintain trust and accountability.
- Difference Maker: Make a significant impact on both customers and stakeholders through strategic actions and problem-solving.
- Customer Portfolio Management: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of your customers’ portfolios, proactively identifying and addressing their needs.
- Lifecycle Management: Manage the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, training, implementation, service reviews, KPI/SLA tracking, and escalation management.
- Relationship Management: Leverage your relationships and in-house tools/scorecards to ensure we meet customer requirements and continuously improve their experience.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Work with Sales and Portfolio teams to execute renewal agreements and identify opportunities for expansion into larger solutions (e.g., colo, scale, hyperscale).
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly meet with customers to ensure alignment with their goals, and identify ways to enhance their experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT/Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Experience: 5-7 years of operations experience, preferably within Tech, Telecom, Network Operations, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Data Center Operations (e.g., fire safety, mechanical, electrical) and ability to assess customer needs.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP or Yardi or Salesforce or service now
