  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Crew members to join us! As the frontline of our client facing team, you will provide exceptional service, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to a positive dining experience.





Job Description:

Greet guests warmly, guide them through our menu, explain hot pot options, and provide recommendations.
Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are communicated to the kitchen.
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
Assist guests with cooking instructions and any questions they have about the process.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.



Job Requirements:

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Willingness to learn about cashiering and customer service
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
