Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree or higher in AI, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Extensive knowledge of top AI and machine learning topics (e.g., ACL, AAAI, KDD, NeurIPS, CVPR, EMNLP, ICLR) and excellent public-speaking abilities.
  • Deep expertise in AI technologies, their evolution, and future trends, with proven ability in research planning.
  • Recognized contributions in AI fields such as speech processing, computer vision, NLP, deep learning, large models, and digital humans, with a strong professional network in academia and industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership in conducting innovative research and developing breakthrough technologies, with a strategic mindset for problem-solving.
  • Track record of producing cutting-edge research with the ability to translate findings into commercially viable products.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high work ethic, and resilience under pressure.
  • Preferred expertise in applied research spanning deep learning, neural networks, computer vision, NLP, speech recognition, and multimodal AI.
