Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the retail and utilities sector.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales role within IT services.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, enterprise systems, and software implementation.
  • Experience working with RFPs, proposals, and POCs.
  • Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Background in Salesforce/SAP - enterprise software, cloud solutions, or utility billing systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
