Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Lead the pre-sales process, including preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and delivering Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Work closely with Solutions Architects and Project Managers to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the company’s capabilities.
- Engage with clients to gather requirements and translate them into viable technical solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the retail and utilities sector.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales role within IT services.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, enterprise systems, and software implementation.
- Experience working with RFPs, proposals, and POCs.
- Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Background in Salesforce/SAP - enterprise software, cloud solutions, or utility billing systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
