Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role. This role will be responsible for planning and implementing trade marketing strategies in collaboration with the sales & marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan, aligning it with Sales and Marketing objectives
  • Executive campaigns across trade channels by excelling in in-store planning, execution, and project management
  • Formulate and implement channel-specific marketing strategies and plans tailored to assigned account
  • Implement trade promotions and create impactful in-store campaigns through close collaboration with both Sales and Marketing teams
  • Work closely with agency to develop creative POSM materials that are within brand and retailer guidelines
  • Review promotion execution and provide recommendations to improve accounts profitability

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant Sales and Marketing experience preferable in FMCG industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues, customers, and partners
  • Display strong analytical abilities and be comfortable working with numerical data to make data driven decisions
