We collaborate with both international and local partners to conduct direct private credit investments with $60M AUM in the Singapore office.

What We Offer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research on various industries, companies, and market trends to identify potential investment opportunities.
  • Work closely with the legal and audit team to onboard investment projects, and follow up on key investment due diligence processes.
  • Prepare detailed investment reports, presentations, and record meeting minutes memos for internal use.
  • Analyze financial statements, assess key performance metrics, and create financial models to evaluate investment prospects.
  • Resolve any ad-hoc problems.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Progression towards CFA and related designations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments, and economic principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
